As a customer shopping online, they always concert the arrival time of the products they are purchased? Reading this page, you will find detail informations how Veegostore handling your purchased products and when you will received your purchased product. Also, the return policy.

How to ship?

Veegostore provided different way to shipped your purchased product, for now we used SF-express, HongKongPost Services and Fedex as our shipping agent. You can choose either one of these shipping that is suitable to you.

Local Pick - NOT AVAILABLE

Local Pick is available for customer who is living or located at Hong Kong.  To pick up your purchased items, please print out your Order Information page. To locate Order Information page, please login to Veegostore then under My Account -> View Orders -> View (The order Information page you need to pickup locally).

Please print out the Order Information page and make sure the Order # is printed clearly.

Our available pick up time is :

• Monday to Firday: 9:00am to 6:00pm (GMT +8:00) Hong Kong time.
• Saturday: 9:00am to 1:00pm  (GMT +8:00) Hong Kong time.
• Sunday / holiday: Close.

Our pick up address is:

• RM 01, 10/F, Metro Centre Tower 2, 21st Lam Hing Street, Kowloon Bay, Kowloon, HK.

 

HongKong Post Services

HongKong Post Services is a local post office which provided a wide range of services for us to keep our business running. Such as Registration, Insurance, Recorded Delivery, Speedpost, Express, Freepost, Business Reply Service, International Business Reply Service, International Reply Coupons, Redirection of Mail, Post Office Boxes, Postpack Packaging and Remittance Serve. Customer can write extra comment for us during checkout for above services.

VeegoStore will ship your purchased items by the following policy;

AIR MAIL LETTERS & PACKETS (Airway)  -  Any products excludes lithium batteries in their design.

SURFACE LETTERS & PACKETS (Surface) - Any products includes lithium batteries in their design.

Fedex

FedEx or "Federal Express" is an American global courier delivery services company, it provides customers and businesses worldwide with a broad portfolio of transportation, e-commerce and business services. Fedex provided  customer a reliable, expert and safety services.

Veegostore is using Fedex web services to quote and calaucate your shipping cost, which means all Fedex shipping cost is quote directly from Fedex server to Veegostore, and the Fedex shipping cost is depended on your product(s) total weight, the delivery address and zip code. 

Handling Time & Fee

Handling time is the amount of time Veegostore need to ship out customer’s order counting from our system received an order and confirmed a clear payment from paypal.

If a normal checkout is successful. Our normal handling time will be 1 or 2 working days.

All Items will charged US$1.00 for handling fee.

Arrival Time

Any products ship by airway will consider below arrival time.

USUALLY 2 TO 3 WEEKS FOR AUSTRALIA, UK (Mark as blue colour below)
USUALLY 3 TO 4 WEEKS FOR USA (Mark as yellow colour below)
USUALLY 4 TO 6 WEEKS FOR BRAZIL, EUROPE & REST OF THE WORLD (Mark as white colour below)

As advised by the postal administration of Canada, due to the increasing volume of letter post items and mail backlog at the office to exchange, delivery services of letter post items to Eastern Canada and Western Canada are subject to serious delay. According to that, we are unable to predicted the arrival time. Let say more then 8 WEEKS. If you have not problem waiting, we are ok to ship to you.

Any products ship by surface will consider below arrival time.

Handling time + APPROX 120 days (WORLD WIDE)(Due to COVID-19 issue).

Return Period

• 14 days for desktop and notebook computers, tablets, monitors, projectors, camcorders, digital cameras, radar detectors, DJ equipment and lighting, pro audio and home recording equipment
• 30 days for all other products

Veegostore reserves the right to deny any return product.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

• Labor, delivery and/or completed Geek Squad® installation services
• Some pre-paid cards, digital subscriptions or services
• Digital content (e.g., game and movie downloads)
• Microphones, earbuds, harmonicas and other similar products
• Consumable items such as food, drinks and batteries
• Items that are damaged or abused
• Items that are missing accessories such as remote controls, cords and cables
• Etched or otherwise personalized items
• Opened computer software, movies, music and video games can be exchanged for the identical item but cannot be returned for a refund.

Refunded Policy

Due to the Paypal new refund policy, refund is unavailable.
